WELCOME

Fresno Unified School District does not allow students to have medication on campus unless they have a doctor’s order for that medication.  If you would like your child to have medication at school, please see the school health team to obtain the medication at school form or download it below and take it to your medical provider for completion. To have medication on campus, please provide the completed order along with the medication in the container labeled by the pharmacy.  You can ask your pharmacist to provide an extra labeled bottle for use at school.
